• Personal coaching helps you stay accountable to your goals and learn to work toward them while staying true to your values and growth. This is where we talk about relationships and work and everything in your life. 

• Entrepreneur coaching is partnership in accountability, goal setting, interpersonal support, planning, and growth as a person and business leader

• Communication coaching helps you learn to name your needs better, or learn how to make yourself understood. We'll iron out your goals and then talk through scenarios and practice together. 

• Leadership coaching is for people who want to be a people-first leader, who want to shift their mindset to one of compassionate support of their team, and productive constructive discussions. 

Group Coaching | Starts at $300 per session

• Great for organizations and close-knit teams, groups of friends who want to pursue common goals or resolve minor conflicts, departments within large organizations, and others. 

• Group coaching helps promote teamwork, aid in accountability, discuss goals and objectives, with an uninvolved moderator who can ask the tough questions and keep the discussion on task. 

**Coaching is NOT therapy. I am unable to diagnose or treat mental illness. Coaching is collaborative support, accountability, and listening on your personal, business, communication, or leadership journey.

• A full day of one-on-one consulting and driving solutions for your specific problems

Hourly | $100

• On-demand, one-on-one time

General Assessment | starts at $750

• One day on-site

• Thorough Discovery with Owners/Leadership

• Written Report detailing challenges and proposed solutions. 

Personnel Consultation | starts at $1,500

• 3 days on-site (including one-on-ones with all staff)

• Thorough Discovery with Owners/Leadership

• Written Report detailing general morale, areas of opportunity, suggestions for where to add/remove team members

Marketing Consultation | starts at $1,250

• Half day on site (optional) 

• Thorough review of existing marketing activities

• Thorough discovery with Owners/Leadership + any marketing staff
